We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance that affects availability.

You retain ownership of the content you submit or link to through the Service (for example, YouTube URLs, playlists, and titles).

You grant Driler FM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display such content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share and use any content you add to the Service.

The Service provides tokenized public links (e.g., player and queue pages) that can be viewed by anyone who has the URL.

Do not share personal or sensitive information through public links. You are responsible for keeping these links confidential if you intend them to remain private.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as YouTube, OBS, and payment processors. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services and do not control their content, availability, or practices.

Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time payment. Pricing and features are described in the Service.

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details.

Taxes may apply and are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

You can cancel paid plans as described in your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless required otherwise by law.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Driler FM and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion where available.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Driler FM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid anything.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Driler FM and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and indicate the effective date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, Aragon, Zaragoza, excluding its conflict of laws rules.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Spain, Aragon, Zaragoza, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
