How to get your YouTube API key

Unlock in-app YouTube search by creating a free API key. Takes about 5 minutes.

  1. Head to Google Cloud Console and create a new project (or use an existing one).

  2. Navigate to APIs & Services → Library and enable YouTube Data API v3.

  3. Go to Credentials and click "Create Credentials" → API key.

  4. Copy your new key. For extra security, restrict it to YouTube Data API v3 only.

  5. Paste the key into your Driler FM settings — you're all set!
